Things to note:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and comfortable
You may enjoy the Sound Bath Meditation while floating in a floatation device or stationary next to the pool
Wear comfortable clothing (feet and ankles may get wet)
Turn off cell phones
Arrive with intention
Remain still and quiet once the session has started
Use restroom prior to session
Bring:
2-3 towels for adjusting your comfort in the floatation device
Drinking water
*Please do not bring children under 8 years old or unregistered guests
