Join certified therapeutic musician and sound healer Nina and yogi Mike Vecchi of Sound Alchemy for a transformative and rejuvenating experience of deep release. Relax and release to the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and the shimmering sounds of gongs.Plan to get comfy - bring a mat, blanket and/or pillow if you'd like, or we also have plenty of mats/blankets/bolsters available for use.
Class will begin promptly at 7:00, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and settled.
