We begin with a warming tea ritual, led by Buckminster, to help you transition into the space and cultivate presence. This mindful practice sets the tone for an evening of deep relaxation and self-discovery.

Following the tea ritual, Sound Practitioner Farris Sukkar will guide you through a gentle yet powerful practice of vocal meditation, breathwork, and a sound journey. Using ancient instruments such as drums, gongs, singing bowls, and didgeridoo, Farris creates an immersive soundscape to support deep relaxation, heightened awareness, and self-discovery.

To close, we’ll return to tea as a tool for integration and reflection, providing a space to ground your experience and connect with your inner clarity.

Soft Medicine will provide yoga mats and blankets, but you’re welcome to bring anything that makes you feel cozy and supported:
