Journey into serenity during this nourishing sound meditation. Class begins with gentle breathing exercises to center the mind and foster present moment awareness, laying the foundation for deep relaxation. Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of sound created by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Allow the vibrations to aid in releasing tension and promoting a state of inner peace and tranquility. The session will end with a period of silence to integrate the experience and reflect on the sensations and insights that arise.
