Sound Meditation

Join us for a sacred sound immersion. A sonic tapestry crafted with layers of gong, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more woven to nourish and amplify the vibrational field of the group. We will move through differing sound textures with the intention of shifting conscious, balancing the nervous system and bring peace to our heart center. The meditation will be 75 minutes with added time for silence and integration.
Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and eye pillow if you have them. Some mats, blankets and eye coverings will be available.
