Sound Meditation

A sound bath is an invitation to a meditative journey, an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

This will be an immersive experience using waves of sound to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and soul.

Firstly we'll settle into the session with a warm drink developing a sense of stillness and one. You'll then be invited to consider your intentions from the experience.

Jodie will then guide you into an immersive meditation sound bath experience, allowing you to be washed over with soothing sounds of the gorgeous crystal bowls.

Once you're gently bought back into the room from being deep in relaxation there will be time for reflective practice so bring your journal / note pads 😊
