No prior meditation experience is necessary. This gentle restorative experience welcomes all who seek peace, healing, and stillness.

Friday August 22nd, from 6:00-7:00 PM

There is free street parking @ Good Medicine, and as you come in the main entrance on York st, go towards the steps at the end of the hallway straight ahead to the studio space on the second floor. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get acquainted with the space, use the restroom if needed, and get settled so we can start promptly.
