Sound Meditation Concert at AKC

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeply restorative sound meditation experience, held in the welcoming, softly padded space of American Karate Center.

You’ll be guided into stillness through breath, intention, and the immersive sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other overtone-rich instruments. The mat flooring supports a sense of comfort and grounding, allowing your body to fully relax as your awareness opens to the subtle layers of sound.

Whether you're a first-time guest or returning to deepen your practice, this session offers a chance to reset your nervous system, slow the pace, and reconnect with yourself in a space that truly supports presence.
