Sound Meditation and Cacao Ceremony

Sunday, February 16th at 6:30pm! Join us for a Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing.

The session will begin by energizing ourselves with basic breathing exercises. We will continue with sharing Cacao in ceremony. Then we will chant Bija Mantras (basic seed sounds like Om) to clear and balance our energies with each of the 7 chakras. This will assist in aligning both our individual energy and chakras, as well as our group energies. The rest of the session is improvisational Sound Healing with a combination of sounds from gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tingshas, tuning forks, bells, flutes, guitar, harmonium, voice and more.

The sounds and vibrations of these instruments will gently ease you into a state of deep relaxation and peace. Feel free to bring your yoga mat, blankets and pillows to allow for maximum comfort. Sunday, February 16th, 6:30pm-8pm
