Experience the beautiful fusion of Ecotherapy & Sound; guided hiking, forest bathing & meditations, and a sound healing amongst the trees in the beautiful suburban gem, Gresswell Forest in Bundoora.
During a Sound Medicine Hike, you will receive a sound healing along the trail, be guided on how to forest bathe, experience meditation in nature and listen to the trees sing with plant music. Your facilitator, Catherine Marty (Dare to Change Therapies) is a trauma-informed counsellor, sound healer, ecotherapist, and a Parks Victoria licenced tour operator, and is passionate about using her experience as a facilitator and hiker to share her love of connecting to nature and healing.
HIKE GRADE: Easy - 5km along well formed tracks (both dirt and gravel) with some small inclines.
You'll need: Hiking shoes or trainers, and a blanket or yoga mat to bring with you for the sound healing.
