Sound Journeys Candlelit Gong Bath Meditation - 13th March

A warm welcome to Sound Journeys Gong Bath Meditations. My name is Shaun Bessant and I look forward to welcoming you to my friendly and supportive gathering.

I am a qualified gong & bowl practitioner and a tutor for The College of Sound Healing.

I have been facilitating wonderful gong baths for over eight years. Bringing healing experience, relaxation and creating a beautiful range and depth of vibrational sounds.

I will begin the session with a breath meditation, to encourage you to make a connection with yourself. Moving into a soothing sound bath to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages while improving mood, mental clarity, focus and calm. I use an eclectic mix of instruments to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, water and an eye mask if you have one. Please wear comfy clothes and bring additional items as required e.g., bolster for under your knees.

Cost per person: £19.50 + booking fee

Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable but please feel free to nominate someone to attend in your place if you can’t.
