The many benefits of sound bathing include pain reduction, stress and anxiety reduction, promotes a deep sense of harmony and balance, and aids restful sleep.
This is located in the main hall of Twyford Parish Hall.
**Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, & pillows for comfort** If you do not have a yoga mat, that's okay, I will bring some along for you to use.
