Join Dustin Borlack Monday evening for a powerful sound journey!Dustin incorporates breath work techniques to invite you to go deeper into your being, allowing for break-throughs, clarity, and healing on a mind-body-spirit level. Sound healing promotes relaxation of the body and the mind. Dustin is a world class musician that works intuitively using instruments to access ancient and ancestral tones to connect you back home to your true self.
This event will be in the meditation room.
Mats and pillows are provided.
You are encouraged to bring any other items you need to allow your body to be most comfortable. You are welcomed to bring extra pillows, blankets, bolsters, an eye mask, and a journal for reflection.
