Sound Journey with Beth

🌀 Choose Sound Therapy as a way to unwind and anchor yourself in the present moment 🌀

Join me for a journey of relaxation, transformation and renewal. The session promptly begins at 7:00pm so please arrive ten minutes before to get settled.

During a Sound session, I begin with an explanation of what to expect before we move into a comfortable position and focus on the breath to really get us in a calm mindset ready to receive an hour of bliss.

I use Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Tingsha, Gong and chimes. This creates a lovely immersive experience which relaxes the mind as you enter a meditative state which in turn creates healing at all levels.

This is an evening for you. A time and space where there are no demands being made, an environment to relax and release from the stresses of daily life.

What to bring?

The event will begin at 7:00pm. Please be ready to enter 5 minutes early. Doors will close at 7:00pm.
