This session begins with a short breathwork meditation to prepare our bodies to receive healing vibrations from 9 Crystal Bowls, Mother Tesla Gong and other Sound Healing tools. The tangible frequencies and tones of the bowls create space for the nervous system to drop into "rest and digest" mode and access Theta state.When: Sunday 10/12 from 6:30-8:00pm

Generosity based session: give what feels good to you. People tend to give between $15-$50. No one is turned away for not giving. 🙂
Pre-registration is not required. Donate at the door. It is recommended to arrive ~15mins in advance to reserve your spot.
Considerations: Elena's bowls emit powerful sound - if you are sound sensitive, ear plugs will help and are provided upon request-- but take a moment to feel into whether or not this session will be for you.
This event may not be appropriate for children under the age of 15-- if you are thinking of bringing someone below that age, please contact [email protected] to see whether or not it is appropriate.
What to Bring:
A mat, a blanket and water-- along with anything else you need to feel comfortable! We have props to use at the studio if you'd like to borrow.
Please hydrate beforehand as it enhances the experience.

About the facilitator: Elena Larsen is a sound meditation facilitator, Yoga teacher and vortex guide here in Sedona. Inspired by the life-changing presence sound, breath and yoga has had on her mental well-being; it's her heart's work to share these tools with others in person.
