Join Kendall for a gentle and deeply restorative series of sound sessions on Wednesday evenings this September:
September 10, 17, and 24 | 7:00–8:30 PM

$44 per session | $125 discount for all three. Feel free to join for one, two, or all three sessions!
Immerse yourself in a soothing soundscape designed to quiet the mind, restore balance, and nourish your inner world. Each session features the healing tones of traditional sound bowls and intentional guidance to help you rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.
Sound sessions are a form of vibrational therapy that use frequency and tone to calm the nervous system and promote emotional and energetic healing. You don’t need any prior experience—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
You’ll simply lie down, breathe, and let the sound carry you.
Bring a yoga mat, cozy layers, water, journal and anything else that helps you feel comfortable resting (a blanket, pillow, or eye covering).
Whether you attend one session or all three, this is an invitation to pause, receive, and return to yourself.
