Sound has long been used as a form of medicine and meditation, and this offering blends ancient and modern instruments to create layers of restorative harmonics.
Led by Ali Gunning, an experienced sound therapist, each 90-minute session guides participants through body or breath centring. They are invited to connect with a personal intention, immersed in a dynamic sound journey, and then gently grounded with time to share reflections or ask questions.
This event will take place outdoors, however in the case of adverse weather the event will be moved to the Gallery. Event ticket includes day entry to the Garden.
