🙏🏽Step into the sacred stillness of the Buddha Sanctuary and allow yourself to be held in a space of deep rest, resonance, and renewal.
☀️This one-hour guided Sound Healing Meditation is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and gently release what no longer serves. You’ll be led into a deeply meditative state where healing can unfold naturally—physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
💛Monique weaves together a rich soundscape using voice, crystal singing bowls, drums, flute, bells, shakers, chimes, and more. Sacred aromas of local clearing woods, pure frankincense, and therapeutic essential oils support your body and spirit to soften, clear, and realign.

🌀More important details: Dress comfy, bring a water bottle, mats & bolsters are supplied or please BYO if you have them or you could bring a towel or sarong to also lay over the mat, and anything else for your own comfort (cushion, rug etc).
Look for the White picket fence on Millington Rd & if the car park is full there’s another to your right. Doors open 10mins before.
