Sound Journey Meditation at Kyle Public Library

Everyone aged 12 and up is invited to join Josephine (Lux Solaris) as she plays unique and specialized instruments to promote mental, emotional, and physical restoration. This event is free and open to the public. No registration required.

Note: You will be able to listen while seated in a chair or on a yoga mat on the floor. If you would like to use a yoga mat, please be aware that we only have child-sized yoga mats, so if you have your own yoga mat and would like to bring it, you are encouraged to do so.
