Step into a peaceful candlelit space and allow yourself to fully unwind. We will begin with a guided meditation to help calm and soothe the mind. You'll then be bathed in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Gong, Koshi Chimes, Native American Flute and other healing instruments. The calming sound waves create a meditative state that supports deep relaxation, balance, and renewal.
Blankets, bolsters, and neck roll pillow provided. We have a few eye pillows avaialble also. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and socks/layers if you tend to get chilly. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to allow time to get settled.
