✨ Sound Journey Experience at Bloom Cottage 💐

Sometimes we just need somewhere quiet to pause.

A little space away from the noise, the rushing around and the demands of everyday life.

Tucked away in a beautiful cottage setting, surrounded by nature, open space and the gentle presence of the river nearby, Bloom Cottage is a truly special place to slow down, breathe and simply be.

This is an intimate Sound Journey & Reflection experience, created for a smaller group so there is space to feel connected, comfortable and held.

We’ll begin by gently settling into the space, allowing the body and mind to slow down before moving into a deeply relaxing Soundbath. 🌙✨

The soothing vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls, gong, drums and other instruments invite you to rest, release and reconnect with yourself.

There will also be gentle reflective journaling, giving you a little time to turn inward, notice what’s there and perhaps explore what you need right now.

And afterwards… a little vintage tea set experience with refreshments and a lovely treat to enjoy in stillness and comfort. 🫖🌸
