Due to unforeseen circumstances ( I spent a day Monday in A and E) I will have to postpone this event.
(my arm is in a splint, so unable to drive or play)
I will be issuing refunds this evening With winter fading and spring around the corner, why not give yourself the much needed gift of tranquility, relaxation and time to recharge? We often forget about ourselves and that important part of giving ourselves much needed self-care. This is about allowing the gentle healing frequencies of sound drift over and around you , in a safe space. Wrapped in your favorite blanket, in a safe, cosy, phone and worry free environment for an hour of relaxation and healing
I'm Alex I lived in Cumbria until just over 10 years ago. I am now based in the Cotswolds where a run Soundbaths, Drum Circles and workshops alongside my holistic therapy business. I've teamed up with my beautiful friend Clare Harris to bring you this special Spring Event
I am coming up to Cumbria in March and wanted to share my Sound Journey experience with you. I use a range of beautiful instruments from Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, native flute and shamanic drums to chimes. This is a truly unique experience.
Please bring a yoga mat/camping mat*, a couple of blankets one for underneath you and one for on top, a pillow/cushion, eye mask if you think you need one, cosy socks and an open heart. (* bring a comfy camping chair if getting off the floor could be an issue)
Please be here by 7.15 to set up your space, doors close at 7.25 for a 7.30 start . Due to the nature of a sound bath we are unable to admit anyone after the session has started.
We are limited to 16 spaces.
