Join us for a gentle afternoon of sharing and deep relaxation. We will start with a talking circle—a safe space to speak, listen, and connect. Then, enjoy a calming sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls, a Native American drum, and intuitive vocal sounds. Andrea and Estelle will guide you through this relaxing experience with their voices and instruments, inspired by the energy of the moon.
