Sound is dance. As we listen, our ears have the opportunity to dance. Through movement and sound, we can be heard, and we can help others be heard. Listening is not something that happens to us or within us; it is something we do. Through dance, as through listening, we connect with the present moment and our surroundings. What we perceive is shaped by what we do. By dancing, we do not escape reality; we relate to it.

In this 24-hour dance session, we will experience what it is like to spend an entire day and night dancing together, sharing meals, discussing, and allowing our bodies, ears, and minds to move and interact freely, knowing this is indeed a privilege. As we dance, we can let go of grief, joy, and even frustration with what is happening. Through dance, we also connect in solidarity, dialogue, and openness. For this event we propose to dance symbolically also for Palestine. The voluntary entrance fee will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund. Bring your sleeping bag for night dreaming, any food for the shared table is welcome.
