Laura Mayo is a Nashville-based sound therapy practitioner who helps people slow down and tune into their own inner wisdom.

Through gentle instrumentation, crystal singing bowls, and soft vocalizations, she creates a relaxing and supportive space where insight and transformation can naturally unfold.

Close out our grand opening day with an hour of deep rest. No experience needed, just come as you are.
