All are welcome to join us for a 60 minute reiki infused sound bath. Reiki is an energy healing practice that originated in Japan. The word itself means, “universal life force energy”.
The reiki practice coupled with the healing modality of sound aims to leave participants feeling more calm and relaxed both mentally and physically.
Please bring a yoga mat and any pillows or blankets you may need to lay down and feel comfortable for approximately one hour.
As you settle into your mat a variety of instruments will be played to raise the vibration and frequency of the space. The reiki infused sound bath is meant to improve your mobility while decreasing muscle pain and stiffness. The energy healing practice also provides the calming effects that help to reduce anxiety and stress.
