Let the exquisite tones of crystal-infused quartz bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, and Koshi chimes carry you toward deep relaxation. We’ll be at rest on the floor, so bring a yoga mat or blanket. Pillows or extra blankets for head and knee support recommended. The session is led by Tammie Trippler, RN, of Meridian Wellness at Awakened Lakeshore. For all ages, but children younger than 12 need an accompanying grownup.
