As we gather, you’re invited to slow down — to breathe, soften, and step out of the constant doing of everyday life. This sound immersion offers space to listen inward and reconnect with yourself in a quiet, supportive environment.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you arrive fully in your body and breath. From there, you’ll be guided into a full sound immersion, intuitively led and shaped by the energy of those present, allowing you to rest, release, and simply receive.
Each session I offer is guided by intuition. No two experiences are ever the same. My hope is that this space allows you to soften, trust your inner knowing, and be with whatever arises — without expectation or effort.

Reserving your spot allows me to prepare the space with care and intention and ensure everyone is held comfortably. Please be sure to review the terms and conditions before registering, as a cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place.
🌙 How to Prepare
To receive the most from this experience:
Come with an open heart and willingness to receive
Drink plenty of water beforehand
Eat lightly
Allow yourself time to settle before we begin
Arrive 10–15 minutes early (a beautiful time to connect or ask questions)
After the session, space will be held for anyone who wishes to share. If you prefer, you’re always welcome to reach out afterward by email or DM — I’m here.
🕯️ What to Bring
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blankets, pillows, or bolsters (support under the knees is highly recommended)
Water
Optional: an eye mask for deeper relaxation
Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported
Let this be your time to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
