This grounding experience is designed to calm the nervous system and support deep, restorative rest.We'll begin with 15 minutes guided breathwork using a breath whistle (whistle a $15 value, yours to take home), followed by 15 minutes of fully supported restorative postures to gently release tension and prepare the body to rest. The evening concludes with a full hour of sound immersion, allowing you to settle into deeper relaxation as the body integrates and unwinds.
No prior experience needed.
