Experience a delightful journey designed to relax and restore your entire being. Each session begins with gentle movement, conscious breathing, and a short guided meditation to settle the mind. You will then be blanketed by a serene soundscape of healing instruments, allowing you to slip into a state of deep peace and release energetic blocks. We conclude our time together with soft stretches and a brief, optional "circle share"—a supportive space to connect and ground yourself before reintegrating into the world. While the world outside may remain the same, you will leave feeling centered, calm, and blissfully renewed.How to Prepare: Comfort is key to a deep experience. The studio provides one blanket and one bolster per person, and eye masks are available for use. We highly recommend bringing extra cushions, an additional yoga mat, or your own favorite blanket to create a truly cozy "nest." Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and feel free to bring a personal eye pillow or scarf. Come prepared for an hour of peace, solace, and a little bit of magic.
