Sound Healing 🕯️
Join us for a calming Sound Healing experience at Emerald Yoga Studio on Friday September 11th from 5:30–6:45 PM.
Sound healing works through vibration and frequency, helping guide the nervous system out of stress and into a state of rest and balance. This can support relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and a quieter mind.
During this 75-minute session, Sara will guide the experience using sound bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and more. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the sounds. No movement or prior experience is required.
This experience can be especially supportive for caretakers, parents, and anyone who spends a lot of time holding space for others, though all are welcome.
Space is limited to maintain a calm, supportive environment. Pre-registration is required.
