Join Rebecca and Justine in an hour of yoga accompanied by sweet sound healing music, followed by a 30 minute savasana sound bath.
We will be meeting at the far end of the grassy area on the west side of the beach behind the community centre. Look for us at the far point where the small rocky beach is (not the main beach) - near the big rocks you can walk out on.
Be sure to leave ample time to find parking! The beach lots tend to fill up fast, so you may be better off to park on the streets in the surrounding area and walk to the beach.
Payment is by voluntary donation, $20 suggested. A donation basket will be out for a cash offering if you prefer.
Dress warmly (it tends to be quite windy and can get chilly especially during savasana), bring your mat, a blanket, your water bottle, and a smile and join us!
