Sound Healing with Theresa Ireland
About this Event
Theresa Ireland is a Certified Sound Healer and artist of many facets from Venice Beach, CA (originally Indiana, PA). She combines her passion for music, metaphysics, and mindfulness to take you on a Sound Journey Meditation using her 432hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Drums, Chimes, and other sound healing instruments.
The healing frequencies of these instruments allow your brain to go into theta state for deep relaxation and restoration. Helps regulate the nervous system, and aides in relieving stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and so much more.
In this passive meditation, you can either lay down or sit to your comfortability while Theresa guides you to become more relaxed and grounded. This allows you to fully drop into the sound journey with an open mind and open heart to receive the healing benefits. You will leave with a sense of bliss; feeling calm, centered, and creative.
Zedd's Gifts is open from 12-4pm on Saturdays. Make sure to be there early to shop around and get ready to relax for the sound healing. The shop will also stay open for little bit after the session as well.
***PLEASE BE ON TIME*** There will be no late entry allowed after the doors are locked at 4:30pm
***WHAT TO BRING*** You will provide your own needs to be comfortable such as: yoga mat or sleeping bag to lay on, or if you prefer to sit up, a camping chair will work well. Bring a blanket and pillow and a bottle of water.
***TICKETS*** Early bird tickets purchased here or in person at Zedd’s Gifts are $25. Regular priced tickets will then be available day of event for $30 at Zedd's Gifts. Cash and credit accepted.

Can children attend?
Yes, as long as they can sit still for an hour and not bother the other attendees.
Is there parking?
This event is downtown, so there is metered parking up until 7pm
What if I can’t get there by 4:30pm?
Unfortunately, there is no late entry. You are allowed to choose your spot starting at 4pm, and the door will be locked once the event begins at 4:30pm.
Can I hire you for private and other group sessions?
Absolutely! I’ve done indoor and outdoor sessions. Privates, small groups, large groups, retreats, festivals, clinics, and corporate events. I can produce any type of wellness event you can dream of. Let’s get together and see what works for you.
