Sound Healing with Stephanie Waxberg

Find deep relaxation through the power of sound healing at V Health Club. Stephanie Waxberg is a certified sound healer, accredited by the CMA, whose practice focuses on balancing, grounding and reconnecting with your intuition.

During this session, you'll lie down on a comfortable mat, and we'll start with intention setting and a short meditation. We then move on to the sound healing, where the vibrational frequency of pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls will help you to relax and attain a deep meditative state of consciousness. Stephanie also uses tuning forks, and Koshi chimes, and the session concludes with a grounding practice and some time to ask any questions you may have. This restorative practice supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level.

This event is open to all and no prior experience of sound healing is required. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided.
