With a small group of max 7 participants, you will receive dedicated guidance throughout the whole session.

In this 1.5 hour healing experience, you will get to experience first-hand how sound vibration and universal energy can heal our body naturally.
You will be invited to deepen your relaxation, bringing your energetic body back in balance and beginning with your self-healing.

We will demonstrate and encourage interactive exchanges to:
- listen to the sounds and melody from a dozen various sound instruments
- feel their vibrations through different frequencies
- get in contact with your energy with basic Reiki techniques

The workshop will be carried out in a ceremonial way, where we will start with a sharing circle to set your intention and end with a sound bath.
Through the combination of Sound Healing and Reiki, you will witness how the frequency influence your body and mind with a group Reiki, where your healing experience will be enhanced from different layers of our body.
