Note: We want you to be as comfortable and cozy as possible. Props are limited at TAC Fitness, Snowmass, so we encourage you to bring your own! Consider bringing a yoga mat to lay down on, a pillow for underneath your head and another under your legs, along with a blanket for extra warmth and an eye mask or wash cloth to cover your eyes for a deeply relaxing experience.
