Sound Healing With Lightwork

Sound baths provide a gentle way to heal so many ailments we are dealing with, not only on a daily basis but also situations from our past we haven’t taken the time to address. The more you work with the energy of the sound healing instruments, the more opportunity you have to release that which is no longer serving you. We have the capability to heal and bring balance into our lives. Allow the Sound to be your medicine!

Take a journey with Sonia through light and sound! Enjoy the soothing sounds of healing instruments, weaved in with beautiful music and a colorful atmosphere! The evening will entail a light meditation to raise our vibration and call in new beginnings. We will explore movement during the last 5 minutes of the event.

This 60 minute sound healing will feature a 7-Piece Chakra Set of Frosted Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls Koshi Chimes, Monochord, Wave Chime and Tingshas. The sound experience will be dedicated to tuning out the world and tuning into the harmonious sounds of the healing insturments.

You are encouraged to bring anything that allows you to lay comfortably during the sound session. This may include a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, eye mask, etc. The more you can relax in the space the better you will be able to connect with the sound. Comfortable, loose, or stretchy clothes are suggested.

Tickets: $35 pre registration and $45 at the door if space permits.

Teacher Bio:

In 2019 Sonia completed a 100-hour Foundations of Sound Healing Certification through the Soul of Yoga. She was able to learn from some of the best sound-healing instructors such as Jonathan and Joshua Goldman, WAH!, and Silvia Nakkach. After completing the program Sonia decided to pursue sound healing full-time.

Sonia is currently taking coursework at the Spiritual Arts Institute, located in Encinitas California, and has aspirations to become a Direct Divine Light Healer. Sonia has been meditating with the Divine Light for four years. The practice is based on the concept that one has the power to change circumstances in their life by working with specific light rays directed towards energy centers and the auric field.

Sonia continues to draw upon her experience from her years of teaching and training to create a safe and inviting space that fosters a connection to mind, body, and spirit.
