The crystal bowls create a powerful meditation to restore mind and body via sound vibrations. You either lay down with blankets, bolsters and pillows or are seated and the vibrations wash over you and rebalance your energy.
They last about an hour and it provides a deeply relaxing reset to you; mind, body and spirit. You may wanna bring a bottle of water and a notebook to jot down any insights you've gotten from the meditation. Also, if you have crystals you can bring them for a clearing and a recharge as the sound does that for them.
At the end of the meditation there's time to play with oracle cards, check out the crystals at the store and connect with other spiritually minded folks. :)
