Join us December 7th at The Yoga Place in Ephrata for a deeply relaxing sound healing experience with Jill Spencer O’Leary.
A sound healing workshop is a therapeutic session where participants use sound and music to improve their physical and emotional well-being.
Jill incorporates sound healing techniques, such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other instruments that produce harmonic vibrations.
The goal is to create a meditative and relaxing environment that promotes healing and balance within the body and mind.
During a typical sound healing workshop, participants may lie down or sit comfortably while the facilitator plays different instruments.
The sounds and vibrations are believed to help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall mental clarity.
Sound healing workshops can be beneficial for people of all ages and backgrounds and participants usually leave the workshop feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more in tune with their inner selves.
Each person should bring a yoga mat and a small pillow for their head. We will provide eye masks if you don't have one, all for comfort and maximum relaxation and deepened experience.
