Join us as Jaime from Harmony Garden Music Therapy Services offers a truly one-of-a-kind sound healing experience using a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, flute, hand pan drum, gongs, and more!
Jaime Lawrence, founder of Harmony Garden Music Therapy Services, has an extensive background in both music therapy and performance. Jaime is a board certified music therapist who has been operating a team of music therapists at Harmony Garden in her hometown of Jackson since 2006. You may have seen her in any number of places around town, performing or involving the community in music making experiences. Her most recent passions with music therapy fall into the community music therapy approach. Music is innately human and every person has a right to find their connection to wellness and wholeness through music.
Cozy up in your little burrow of pillows and blankets, and drift away as Jaime bathes you in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, hand pan, flute, and voice.
Bring your yoga mat, comfy clothes, blankets, pillows, journal, pen, and water bottle. You’ll be lying on the floor for about an hour, so make sure you’ll be cushioned and comfortable. If the floor is not an option for you we also have plenty of soft, comfy chairs available.

**Tickets: $55 (with sliding scale option). In recognition of the diverse financial circumstances within our community, we’re offering a sliding scale. While we suggest a contribution of $55, we understand that this may not be accessible to everyone. Therefore, we warmly welcome contributions of $44 or $33 for those who may find these amounts more aligned with their budgets.
