Sound Healing Training for Yoga Teachers

Learn how to use sound healing instruments in your yoga classes with confidence so that your students keep coming back, because they are receiving maximum benefits with the combination of asana and sound vibrations.In this workshop, you will learn to balance the science of sound healing with playing by intuition. You will understand the reason why certain instruments and combinations of notes are played to activate relaxation or to support emotional/physical releases, while also reading the energy of the room to know what to play and for how long.

These techniques can be implemented in a variety of yoga classes including:
· Hatha
· Vinyasa
· Restorative
· Meditation

You will learn techniques for and practice with the following instruments:
· Crystal Singing Bowls
· Tibetan Singing Bowls
· Frame Drum

Note: No experience necessary. You do not need to have or bring any of the instruments. Instruments to practice with will be provided.

Come learn with Molly Adkins, an instructor for the number 1 globally-recognized sound healing training group, the Sound Healing Academy.In addition to sound healing and yoga certifications, she also holds certifications as an intuitive life coach and reiki master practitioner. She has a BA in voice and MA in ethnomusicology. She has traveled the world, lived in Japan for 11 years and is fluent in Japanese.
