About this Event

Why Sound Healing?
Sound healing is an ancient practice that utilizes the vibrational frequencies of various instruments to promote relaxation, healing, and balance within the body. By harnessing the unique qualities of sound, participants can experience profound shifts in energy, emotional release, and mental clarity. Sound has been shown to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and even aid in physical healing, making it a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation.

Benefits of Becoming a Sound Facilitator:

  • Empower Yourself and Others: As a sound facilitator, you will learn to guide others on their healing journeys, creating a nurturing space where they can explore their inner selves.
  • Diverse Instrument Knowledge: Gain insights into various sound healing instruments, including Tibetan/Himalayan bowls as well as crystal bowls, and understand their unique properties and applications.
  • Holistic Healing Approach: Integrate sound therapy techniques into existing practices, enhancing your offerings in wellness, yoga, or therapeutic realms.
  • Community Connection: Join a community of like-minded individuals passionate about healing, growth, and support.

Come tune into the power of sound and let it resonate in your life and the lives of those around you. Reserve your spot today and embark on a sound journey that unlocks the healing potential within!

Training Schedule:

  • Friday 3/27 6pm-9pm
  • Saturday 3/28 9am-5pm
  • Sunday 3/29 9am-5pm

This training has been approved to provide 20 hours of Continuing Education credit with Yoga Alliance.

Certification Requirements
To receive your certificate of completion for this 20-hour Sound Training, you must attend all three days of the training weekend (17.25 contact hours) and complete three sound classes or events at the studio after the training. You'll also submit a brief reflection/report for each class.
