Saturday Spotlight is a rotating 4-week feature of existing class styles and teachers. Your feedback will help guide what this time slot becomes, either a permanent offering or a rotating experience. 

Light Body Activation blends Kundalini-inspired breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, visualization, and vocalization to awaken subtle energy and expand awareness.

Classes include rhythmic warm-ups, specific breathing patterns, guided meditation, and moments of sound or mantra to help clear tension, open the heart, and reconnect you to your inner light.

The practice moves between grounded, physical experience and subtle energetic exploration, accessible for curious beginners and deeply nourishing for seasoned seekers.

Expect to feel clearer, lighter, and more connected by the end.
