About this Event
This month’s Sound Healing Temple explores the living relationship between rhythm and voice — the horse and the rider. Rhythm is like a steady horse moving in a gallop. It carries momentum. It has strength. It returns again and again to the same point. You do not have to control it. You only have to feel it. When rhythm is steady, the body begins to trust it. The breath slows. The heart finds a natural pulse. The mind begins to settle. This is the foundation of coherence — when breath, heart, and brain begin moving in harmony instead of in stress or distraction.
The breath is the saddle — the point of connection between the body and the rhythm. Without the saddle, the rider cannot stay steady. Breath links your body to the pulse of the sound. The voice is the rider. It does not fight the horse. It listens and moves with it. When the voice aligns with breath and rhythm, it becomes smooth and intentional. Sound becomes a wave that travels clearly through the body. Words sung with attention organize the mind. Repetition strengthens the connection. As voices and rhythms align together in a group, individual bodies begin to synchronize. The field becomes shared. The experience is not about performance — it is about entering the gallop together and allowing rhythm, breath, and voice to move as one
