6.45-8.45 am : Morning Yoga Practice

10.15-11.45 am : Sound Healing Theory

2.30-4 pm : Sound Healing Practical

4.15-5.45 pm : Sound Healing Practice (on Day 3 we will have Full Moon Ceremony)

6-7 pm : Dinner

7-9 pm : Break

Location:

• BEGIN PREPPING: We recommend you prepare for this journey by refraining from caffeine, cigarettes, and alcohol at least one week before arrival. This will foster a receptive state for transformation.
• THE LOCATION: The retreat will be held at Jungle Keva, Tulum, in a private setting to make this experience disturbance-free.
• GETTING THERE: You may fly to Cancun International Airport which is the closest airport to Tulum. Feel free to grab a taxi from there or let us know if you want us to take care of it, it is about a 1.5-hour drive to get here.
