Join us at 6:30 PM in the Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens near Hawkeye Community College for a peacefully relaxing and soul-nourishing Somatic Yoga & Meditation Class!
Exciting update! Tim Thomas will be joining us with his blissfully relaxing sound healing to grace us with a sound bath as we move and meditate.
Class is donation based (Cash jar or Venmo) and includes your admission to the gardens. Feel free to come early and walking the gorgeous grounds before settling in for class.
This class is gentle for all levels, and helps us to foster the mind-body connection. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for beneath you, comfortable layers and/or an extra blanket to settle into your guided meditation and sound bath, water, and an open heart!
