About this Event
In-person Sound Healing Session
As part of our mindfulness offerings in community, Awaken Pittsburgh is pleased to announce this Sound Healing session on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 7-8:30 PM.
Sound Healing
Sound baths are the perfect time to release stagnant energy, old thought patterns, and anything that is keeping you from alignment. We will start with a grounding body scan meditation and conscious breathing, flowing into the seasonal sound of nature, accompanied by crystal sound bowls, chimes, and various healing instruments. We will finish the session with another short guided meditation to come back to our bodies and leave with a sense of personal inspiration.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow for comfort.
If you have any metal in your body, please consult your doctor before participating. If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or diabetes pump, this is not recommended for you. Our guide is not a medical professional. Reserving your ticket gives consent to conduct a sound healing session with you.
Please arrive a few minutes early as we will discuss what symptoms could be expected during a sound bath and the detox process to follow. Each experience is unique to what your mind, body, and spirit needs.
Cost
The suggested fee for attending this session is $5 and you are invited to select the ticket that works best for you.
