About Rio:
Rio has over 15 years experience working with communities, individuals, and families. Over the past 5 years she has been incorporating energy modalities to more traditional social work methods. She is a licensed clinical social worker, certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, quantum healing practitioner, past life regression therapist, and a sound healing practitioner. Her passion lies in assisting others to return to a sense of balance, emotional freedom, and more joy in their lives. Rio practices out of 3 offices in the beautiful and verdant Farmington Valley of Connecticut.
Bring your own towel or yoga mat and small pillow to sit on, chairs will also be available for those who don't want to be on the floor/ground.
