During the 45 minute class you will receive support in relieving stress, tension, and anxiety to restore your own foundation of health, energy, and vitality.The session will start with a short, guided meditation as you relax with Sound Healing, allowing yourself to be supported by Reiki energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique which promotes wellbeing and is a very gentle and supports each individual’s healing needs.
