Join a guided forest bathing session as part of the Des Moines Mushroom Festival! Led by Lindsey Page, a Certified Forest & Nature Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and a naturalist and environmental educator with over 6 years of experience.
This 90-minute session is designed to help you reconnect with the incredible natural habitats right here in Iowa.
Forest bathing isn't a hike or a nature lesson. It's an intentional, sensory immersion in nature and the science behind its benefits for stress, mood, and overall well-being is remarkable. Come curious. Leave restored.
Spots are limited to 20 participants, registering is required in advance to secure your place. Please note that attendees will meet at the welcome table 15 minutes before the session and walk to Union Park.
